Having only one functioning elevator can turn wait time into a saga! ! The shower's poor drainage is a missed opportunity for comfort! A little more attention to room maintenance could elevate the overall experience!

I stayed for two nights and enjoyed the proximity to downtown attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium and the Riverwalk. The room was clean and spacious, and I appreciated having an accessible layout for my scooter. The breakfast service was delightful, and the staff in the café were particularly friendly. However, I found the parking fees a bit steep, and the shower head in my room was quite noisy, which detracted from the overall experience.

The room was spacious and really bright, had a super comfy bed that made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. The walk-in shower was awesome too. Only downside was the noise from nearby rooms—could hear some chatter. Also felt like the AC could work a bit better.

The decor is seriously stunning, filled with bright colors that made my heart sing! I felt right at home in the spacious room, which was both cozy and modern. The delightful outdoor terrace offers a lovely spot to unwind while sipping your favorite drink!

The stay in the Deluxe King Room was fantastic! It had a stylish decor with hardwood floors and a cozy sofa. Enjoyed the free toiletries and tea/coffee maker in the room. The breakfast spread was a highlight; the almond croissants were delicious! The location was super convenient, close to all downtown attractions. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay.
